Supporting carers in the workplace
Supported by the specialist knowledge of national membership charity Carers UK, Employers for Carers (EfC) works with organisations who want to support, retain and empower employees with caring responsibilities. EfC Digital Wales is an online support portal for working carers offered in collaboration with employers who are members of Employers for Carers.

EfC Digital Wales hosts a wide range of support, advice and information for staff who are line managers and/or have employee wellbeing responsibilities, such as HR and Diversity and Inclusion teams. Having the right support can have a truly significant impact for working carers. EfC Digital Wales also includes a wealth of practical, emotional, and financial information resources designed to give carers and those they look after the support they need. Access e-learning modules, hands-on guides and useful tools to help you effectively manage your caring responsibilities. You can also access Carers UK’s care coordination app, Jointly, for free.
