The services we offer aim to improve the mental and emotional wellbeing of RAF veterans and their families as they go about their daily lives. Find out more

Mental wellbeing 
We provide support for veterans and wider RAF Family members experiencing depression and anxiety.

Bereavement support 
Through our Listening and Counselling Service, we support RAF veterans and their families who have lost a loved one.

Breaks for individuals and couples with care needs at one of our preferred Care Hotels.

We provide accessible holidays in the UK and abroad to members of the RAF Family.

We are working with GamCare to provide support for RAF personnel and their families who might be affected by gambling problems.

Online Mindfulness training
We are currently running a Mindfulness programme to support the wellbeing of serving personnel.

Support with mental wellbeing
We can provide support for a range of mental wellbeing issues including anxiety and depression.

Welfare breaks
RAF personnel and their families can enjoy breaks by the sea at our cottages and apartments located on the South Coast, in addition throughout Easter and Summer we are offering subsidised breaks across the UK to serving personnel and their families.
