Welcome to EfC Digital Wales – the online support portal for working carers provided by Employers for Carers and offered through employers who are members.

EfC Digital Wales hosts a wide range of support, advice and information for staff with employee wellbeing responsibilities, such as HR, Diversity and Inclusion and Equality teams or staff who are line managers.

The portal also includes a wealth of practical, emotional, and financial information resources designed to bring carers and those they look after the support they need.
